Who are we?

The Foundation “Give your smile” is a public profit organization which acts for the benefit of disabled children. We support our charges on the way to normality to able to forget about their disability even if it’s just for a moment and to return to life among the peers. However, to function and develop correctly all they need is right medical equipment, operation or rehabilitation. The Foundation “Give your smile” uses to help children to realize these dreams and in the process to restore them smiles on their faces. We do it through interconnection of these people who need help with these ones who may render assistance. Our Foundation cooperates closely with the Foundation for the Benefit of the Blind and Disabled People “You can help too”.

When was our organization established?

Our Foundation acts for five years now. It has been registered on the day 21 October 2005.

Where we act?

The Foundation’s registered office is in Gdynia but by scope of activity we cover all the country.

Who supports us?

We cooperate and remain in continuous contact with many hospitals, clinics, rehabilitation centers both all over the country and abroad (among other things the Clinic JSC “Retina” in Boston, the Fiodorow Clinic in Moscow, the Hospital “Korvita”  in Poznań, the Center “Stecrom” in Wiatrowo or the Center “Zabajka” in Mielno).

Our Foundation functions with file number KRS 0000245254 and taxpayer identification number NIP: 586 21 60 247.

The Foundation acts in the sphere of public profit, in accordance with “the Act on Public Profit and Voluntary Activity” of 24 April 2003 (the Journal of Laws № 96 of 2003 item 873).
