The Foundation for the Disabled Children „GIVE YOUR SMILE”, as a non-governmental public
profit organization has been registered on the date 01 December 2005 by the District Court Gdańsk-Północ in Gdańsk, VIII Division of Economy of the National Register Court.

The registered office of the Foundation is the city of Gdynia and the founders are Jacek Sojecki and Malwina Sojecka. The Foundation’s „GIVE YOUR SMILE” message is an aid for environment of the disabled people, representing this environment in an open forum, financial assistance, aid in kind, the integration of the disabled people at place of their permanent residence, activation of actions among other organizations and institutions at home and abroad.

The Foundation for the Disabled Children „GIVE YOUR SMILE” cooperates closely with the Foundation for the Benefit of the Blind of Disabled People “YOU CAN HELP TOO” from Gdynia, on the initiative of which and at the request of its charges it was formed to acquire 1% tax among other things for rehabilitation and medical treatment, as well as to participate in the projects for public profit organizations.

The Foundation’s statutory objectives entered in the National Court Register are, as follows:

1. charitable activities;
2. health protection and promotion;
3. action for the benefit of the disabled people;
4. employment promotion and activation in the labour market for persons remaining out of work and at risk from dismissal;
5. dissemination and protection of women's rights and activity for the benefit of women's and men's equal rights;
6. supportive activity for the benefit of economic development, including the development of small enterprise;
7. supportive activity for the benefit of the development of the local communities;
8. teaching, education and upbringing;
9. sightseeing as well as active leisure of the children and young people;
10. culture, art, preservation of cultural goods and traditions;
11. dissemination of physical culture and sport;
12. ecology and animal as well as natural heritage protection;
13. public order and security as well as counteracting social pathologies;
14. dissemination and protection of freedom and human rights as well as civil liberties, and also supportive actions for democracy development;
15. humanitarian aid to the victims of crashes, natural disasters, armed conflicts and wars in the country and abroad;
16. actions for the benefit of the European integration as well as developing contacts and cooperation between societies;
17. promotion and organization of voluntary activity;
18. supportive activities in technical, training, information or financial terms for the benefit of extra-governmental organizations or other dependent subjects.

We try to encourage the healthy people to give for instance a small donation to charity for our charges, inviting to join a voluntary activity, to split its 1% tax, to give a donation in kind or financial support.

From several years of our charitable activities we try to implement successively as most as possible of the Foundation’s assumed objectives entered in the National Court Register, however, if it’s going to work we need your support for these actions.

We managed to help the disabled together with benefactors up to now, among other things through:

•    sponsorship of specialist operations at home and abroad,

•    sponsorship and subsidizing rehabilitation holidays in the specialist rehabilitation centers in the country,

•    purchase of rehabilitation equipment and other one facilitating education of the disabled persons,

•    organization of active leisure pursuits for the disabled persons,

•    support of the education, of the workplace seeking by the disabled persons,
•    support of the cooperation of the non-governmental organizations acting for the benefit of disabled persons,

•    support of actions connected with the European integration,

•    building of the Rehabilitation Center “Give Your Smile” in Gdynia which it will ensure a stationary and specialist health rehabilitation not only for charges of our foundation but also all the needy,

We cooperate with many hospitals, clinics, rehabilitation centers, non-governmental organizations, we try to help families in which are disabled persons all over the country. There are several hundred persons who first of all are children in the circle of our charges.

We are supported by natural persons, corporate bodies, but not only. We raise monetary resources by ourselves among other things through holding the charitable events, auctions, concerts or environmental meetings.

We encourage you to share EVERY YEAR 1% your tax according to motto ONE PER CENT -MORE THAN ONE SMILE for our charges, because it doesn’t cost anything, suffice only to fill up a PIT in which you will enter a number of the National Court Register KRS 0000245254 and indicate for what objectives or for whom this 1% is to be remitted.
